Processing & Shipping Times

Please note all our prices are in USD, and you will be charged in USD.

Once your order has been placed, please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to be processed by our fulfillment team. For any items that include a monogram, please allow for an additional 2-3 weeks for processing, as these items are made to order. Please note that monogrammed items will ship separately from remaining items on your order.

If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available to ship.

Having multiple warehouses allow us to be economical and efficient, while being cognizant of our carbon footprint. Due to the ongoing global supply chain delays in the shipping industry, we have opened up our international warehouse to support fulfillment to Canada and USA. This means that our Canadian and USA customers may have orders redirected to our international warehouse for fulfillment if one or more items on your order are out-of-stock at the warehouse nearest to you. If your order is redirected to our international warehouse, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.
